The Israel-Palestine war has been going on since October 2023. Every living and feeling soul opposes it. Every moral and faithful soul stands with the people of Palestine, and with all the other oppressed people of the world.

But during this time, while the intensity of the fighting and the killing remained the same; there have been moments of mix intensity in the propaganda, the media narrative and the expression of the sentiments of the people.

There was a time when propaganda was strong, narrative was focused and sentiments were off the charts.

Then things calmed down, businesses started to stabilise, narratives were defocused and issues like inflation, energy prices, other wars, and other treaties, cooled down or “diverted the sentiments” – meanwhile, keep in mind, the war and the killings did not slow down.

Now, all of a sudden, there is a rejuvenated narrative express going ahead at full steam. Businesses declaring bankruptcy, media refocused on the narrative and the emotions are “I am feeling angry”.

All this seems a bit odd, how can we as humans have ups and downs in our morality? Why are there moments of strengths and weaknesses in our faiths? Are we hypocritical or have we completely given the whims of our minds, our hearts, our intentions, our emotions, our decisions, etc to someone or something else – unconsciously?
